WETE Pays a Visit to Nazareth House Skill Centre
The WETE Project Coordinator visited Nazareth House Skill Centre for a routine check-in on activities. She attended the community’s opening Mass of the year. After Mass, she toured the classrooms and work areas. She spoke briefly with tutors and watched a few hands-on tasks.
A short meeting followed with the WETE beneficiaries. Students shared how the programme is helping them gain practical skills and confidence. They expressed gratitude to the Stephanus Foundation for funding and care. Thanks were also given to the Director of the Centre, Sr Mary Claret Ogbuehi, for opening doors and guiding the work.
Learners discussed what they had already accomplished and what they hoped to master next. They promised to give their best effort, to practise daily, and to complete their courses with good results. The Coordinator encouraged them to keep their word and thanked staff for their patient teaching and careful supervision.
