Admission of The Third Batch of WETE Beneficiaries
On 17 September, the WETE Coordinator held interviews at the Centre and selected ten new beneficiaries for the training cycle. The process was thorough and fair, weighing motivation, attendance readiness, and capacity to learn steadily.
The beneficiaries expressed gratitude to the Stephanus Foundation for opening this door. They said the chance to learn a practical skill would change prospects, and pledged to use their time at the Centre wisely, truly.
An onboarding briefing followed, outlining attendance expectations, safety, and conduct. Mentors introduced workshop routines, weekly targets, and tracking sheets, so every learner can measure progress, request help early, and build steady habits from day one.
WETE will monitor progress through monthly reviews and visits, providing guidance as needed. The goal remains clear: to grow skills, build character, and support each beneficiary in becoming self-reliant, employable, and ready to serve the community.
